Sara Al Memari

Head of Project Management Office

Sara Al Memari is the head of Program Management Office and oversees business projects while ensuring that they are completed on time and within the allocated budget. PMO contributes significantly to the success of the projects, efficient utilization of the resources, and helps the business achieve its strategic objectives.

Sara joined Strata Manufacturing in 2015 in a finance role, where she supported the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice. Additionally, Sara plays a key role in the company’s overall five-year forecasted budget.

Sara holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the United Arab Emirates University, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University, and a Professional Diploma in Excellence Customer Services from the Ministry of Interior. It was at the latter institution that she also completed 48 CPE hours in Managerial Advisory Services in Financial Analysis and Advanced Budgeting.
