Mariam Al Jaberi

Head of Production

Mariam Al Jaberi is a Production Lead at Strata Manufactory Company, with over a decade of experience in technical & managerial level for composite parts manufacture. Mariam holds a Bachelor of Business & Information Technology from the Emirates College of Technology, and today, she is responsible for creating a team culture and motivating employees across the production unit.

Mariam is the Leader of the ABU, FBU & SHS areas, which bring together professional & quality products while using technology to manage risk, allowing Strata to better position itself to deal with other competitors in the same fields.

At work, Mariam helps develop UAEN team members by guiding employees to manage stress and work effectively under pressure. Mariam joined Strata in 2011 and started her career as technician, team leader, supervisor and senior supervisor. As of the start of 2023, she is leading all production units.
