Dr. Khaled Al Mazrouei
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Khaled Al Mazrouei is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Strata Manufacturing, bringing his extensive expertise and leadership skills to one of the leading aerospace manufacturing firms. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Mubadala Business Management Solutions (MDC BMS). With over 25 years of experience in various industries, Dr. Khaled has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary for the effective operation of large organizations.
Before his tenure at MDC BMS, in February 2021, Dr. Khaled’s career spanned across diverse fields. He served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation as Advisor to the Minister & Assistant Undersecretary for Consular Affairs. His leadership prowess was also evident during his time as the Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Ship Building, where he played a pivotal role in driving efficiencies and overseeing strategic projects that significantly enhanced operations.
Dr. Khaled is recognized for his operational expertise and for his strategic vision, having been ranked 14th in the Top 100 CEOs list of the 660 GCC listed companies. His dedication stems from a passion for exceeding business goals, improving production efficiencies, and designing impactful operational programs.
In his recent appointment as CEO of Strata, Dr. Khaled brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is focused on enhancing Strata’s operational efficiency, expanding its global footprint, and leading the company’s strategic direction in the aerospace industry. His commitment to operational excellence and his innovative approach are expected to propel Strata towards achieving new heights in the aerospace sector.
Dr. Khaled holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom. He also earned a Master of Aeronautical Science and a Master of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Administration from Saint Louis University, USA. His academic background, combined with his professional experience, positions him uniquely to lead Strata Manufacturing into its next chapter of innovation and success.
