Amal Al Ameri

Senior Vice President - Business Finance, UAE Investments Platform at Mubadala Investments Company, Strata Board Member

Amal Al Ameri is a Senior Vice President at Mubadala Investment Company, responsible for the financial performance of the UAE Clusters under Mubadala’s UAE Investments Platform. With extensive experience in financial management spanning over 16 years, she has contributed to significant investments and monetizations in various sectors.

Amal has experience managing business plans and budgets, preparing financial statements, and identifying internal control and accounting procedure improvements. She was seconded to Healthpoint Hospital as Acting CFO and led the Financial Planning and Analysis department of the Advanced Military Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center (AMMROC), managing financial forecasting, budgeting, planning, and treasury functions.

Amal serves on various board committees and as a board member for companies such as Emirates Insurance Company, Strata, and Sanad Group. She currently chairs the Audit and Risk Committee for The Sanad Group and Strata, and is also a member of Yahsat’s Audit and Risk Committee, and Emirates Insurance Company Investment Committee.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Zayed University in Abu Dhabi and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Currently, Amal is pursuing an Executive Global MBA from INSEAD to further expand her business knowledge and expertise.
